The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) Notice for Prospective Employees
The Clery Act mandates that Ursuline College notify prospective employees of the existence of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Reports (Clery Reports), 报告的内容是什么, and where to obtain them. With recent amendments to The Student Right to Know and Campus Security Act of 1990 (re-named the Clery Act), we are now able to publish our campus safety information for the College community via the World Wide Web. The Ursuline College Annual Security report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings owned or controlled by Ursuline College; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security and police, such as policies concerning alcohol and drug use, 预防犯罪, 举报犯罪, sexual assault and other matters. 另外, the Annual Fire Safety Report includes information on fire safety systems for resident housing, 消防演习程序, resident housing policies on electrical appliances, 吸烟和明火, policies for fire safety education and training programs, 火灾报告.
